International Tree Climbing Competitions
Did you know that International Tree Climbing Competitions are held every year? There are both UK and Ireland Tree Climbing Competitions usually held over a weekend in the summer. They are both informative, good fun and a great opportunity to meet others in your industry. All climbers are welcome to compete. The 5 disciplines are throw line, speed climb, footlock, work climb and aerial rescue. They are timed and scored and, at the end of the first day, the 5 highest-scoring competitors go forward to the Masters’ Competition the next day. For more information go to www.isa-arbor.com
